Today I woke up feeling exhausted, sore and dizzy. I could feel my blood pressure had dropped substantially so I listened to my body.
The day is a blur so I do not remember what time I did what. I did not meditate, rebound or stretch today. I also decided not to do coffee enemas for the next two days due to my low blood pressure.
I had my homeopathic supplements, peppermint tea and a smoothie.
Smoothie: Some frozen banana, apple and pear, raw vegan protein, cinnamon, mint leaves, chia seeds and spirulina.
10h00: Had a meeting with my accountant. Hot water with lemon and normal water.
13h00: Home. Had some juice and a superfood smoothie.
14h00: Got into bed and rested for the rest of the day.
I was meant to go to a talk by John Demartini but felt too exhausted and decided to rather rest.
My body was craving something warm. I wanted soup but did not have the energy to buy vegetables and cook them, so I looked online and saw that Mugg and Bean makes a Carrot, Ginger and Coconut soup. So I ordered it and went to fetch it. It was absolutely DIVINE!!!!!!
Later in the evening I made myself a raw chocolate smoothie with: Superfoods Shake mix, frozen banana, chia seeds, raw vegan protein and cacao nibs – YUM.
I ate Himalayan Salt throughout the day for my blood pressure.
I went to bed early.
